All our hosting packages come default with access to our customer support facilities. You can get in touch with us by email, through our hosting management area, and even via phone. Our management console makes it easy for you to login and self-manage your hosting and domains.
You can use this console to login and lodge a support ticket, place additional orders, manage your account, billing and much more. Having access to self-manage your hosting means that you’re able to manage and update your hosting accounts at the time you need to.
